• Garden Stake Mounting — Choose from 24", 36", or 48" garden stake mounting options.
• Garden Stake Size Limits — The maximum plaque size for a single garden stake is 12" wide and/or 8" tall. Plaques up to 20" wide and/or 8" tall can use two garden stakes. No more than two garden stakes are permitted. The additional cost for a second stake is applied to the order before payment processing.
• Post Mounting — Choose from 6-foot or 8-foot post mounts in 1", 1.5", or 2" post sizes.
• Two Post Mounts Required for Larger Plaques — Plaques over 24" wide require two post mounts. The additional cost for the second post is applied to the order before payment processing.
• 8-Foot Post Shipping — 8-foot tall post mounts incur an oversized shipping fee, which is applied at checkout.
• Mounting Template — A mounting template is available as an optional addition when required.
• Lettering Requirements — Letter height must be no smaller than 3/8" tall for Title Case and 1/4" tall for ALL CAPS. Depending on your text copy or plaque content, this requirement may mean that a larger plaque is necessary.
• Custom Shapes and Sizes — Please email us for a quote if you need a special shape, a different size than those listed, or any other unique requirements.
• Digital Proof Approval — You will receive a digital proof for approval before production. Payment is not processed until your digital proof is approved, in case changes are made that result in a change in cost.
• Lifetime Guarantee — We guarantee our plaques for life. If your plaque fades or contains any defect, we will refinish or replace the defective material at no cost to you, provided the plaque remains installed in its original location. • Free Standard Shipping — All plaques ship free via standard shipping within the continental United States. Additional charges apply for Hawaii and Alaska.

• No Guaranteed Delivery Date — We cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date.
• First-Come, First-Served Production — The foundry works on a first-come, first-served basis. The number of orders ahead of yours at the time your plaque is submitted for production can fluctuate.
• No Rush Orders — The foundry does not accept rush orders.
• Standard Plaque Depth — Precision tooled bronze plaques have a standard depth of approximately 1/4" to 5/16", depending on plaque size. Larger plaques have a 5/16" depth.
• Material — Lead-free bronze. Raised areas such as letters receive a brushed bronze finish.

Minimum lettering heights apply to ensure that the finished text remains readable. If your plaque contains a large amount of text, detailed artwork, or other content requiring additional space, a larger plaque may be necessary.
