• Garden Stake Mounting — Garden stake mounting is available for freestanding plaque installations.
• Garden Stake Size Limits — The maximum plaque size for a single garden stake is 12" wide and/or 8" tall. Plaques up to 20" wide and/or 8" tall can use two garden stakes. No more than two garden stakes are allowed. The additional cost for a second stake is applied to the order before payment processing.
• Post Mounting — Plaques over 24" wide require two post mounts. The additional cost for the second post is applied to the order before payment processing.
• 8-Foot Post Mounts — Please note that 8-foot tall post mounts incur an oversized shipping fee, which is applied at checkout.
• Mounting Template — A mounting template may be selected when required for installation.
• Minimum Letter Height — Lettering must be no smaller than 3/8" tall for Title Case and 1/4" tall for ALL CAPS. Depending on your text copy or plaque content, this requirement may mean that a larger plaque is necessary.
• Custom Shapes and Sizes — Please email us for a quote if you need a special shape, a different size than listed, or any other unique requirement.
• Digital Proof Approval — You will receive a digital proof for approval before production. Payment is not processed until your digital proof has been approved in case requested changes result in a change in cost.
• Lifetime Guarantee — We guarantee our plaques for life. If your plaque fades or contains a defect, we will refinish or replace the defective material at no cost to you, provided the plaque remains installed in its original location. See the warranty information for complete terms.
• Free Standard Shipping — All plaques ship free via standard shipping within the continental United States. Additional charges apply for Hawaii and Alaska.

• Delivery Dates — We cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date.
• First-Come, First-Served Production — The foundry works on a first-come, first-served basis. The number of orders ahead of yours at the time your plaque is submitted for production can fluctuate.
• No Rush Orders — The foundry does not accept rush orders.
• Standard Plaque Depths — Cast aluminum plaque depth varies according to the overall plaque size:
  • Less than 324 square inches — 5/16" depth
  • 324–575 square inches — 1/2" depth
  • 576–1,295 square inches — 3/4" depth
  • Over 1,295 square inches — 1" depth
• Surface Preparation and Finish — Plaque faces are stroke sanded with baked polyurethane before being clear coated and oven baked with a two-part hardened acrylic polyurethane.
• Material — Cast aluminum. Raised areas such as logos and letters receive a brushed silver aluminum finish.

Please provide your desired text, specifications, comments, and other important information when placing your order. You may also email text and specifications to us for review.

Minimum letter heights are required to ensure that lettering remains readable. Title Case lettering must be at least 3/8" tall and ALL CAPS lettering must be at least 1/4" tall. Depending on the amount of text or other content on your plaque, a larger plaque may be necessary.

For current production estimates, please contact us by email. Production times can fluctuate depending on the number of orders ahead of yours when your plaque is submitted for production. The foundry works on a first-come, first-served basis, does not accept rush orders, and delivery by a specific date cannot be guaranteed.
