We want you to be 100% satisfied! We will always do our best to rectify any situation where you feel our products and service are not satisfactory.
In the rare instance where you feel a return of product is necessary, the following return/refund policies will apply. Merchandise may not be returned without authorization. Unless damaged in shipment or defective, engraved/imprinted or custom items cannot be returned for credit. Authorization for return of certain products that can be restocked and sold again will not be granted after 15 working days from the date of receipt of the shipment. If authorization for return of products that can be restocked is granted, a 15% restocking charge may apply. In such instances, the customer is responsible for shipping charges to and from their location.
If your items have been damaged in shipping, we will replace your products at no charge, however we need to be notified by e-mail or phone of this damage within 7 days of your receipt. Please understand, that Awards USA is NOT responsible for damages by the carrier.....the carrier is! We will make every effort to ship back your merchandise in a timely manner, however we are not responsible for the cost of expedited shipping (i.e. - 2nd Day or Next Day delivery). The merchandise will be shipped the same way as originally ordered. Faster delivery requests, in these circumstances, will be paid for by the customer.
Refunds will be issued to the credit card used for the original purchase. We want you to be 100% satisfied, and if for any reason you are not happy with your products or services, we will attempt to resolve any issues to assure your complete satisfaction.
