If you would like a formal quote for a Donor Tree please email us with the following information.
  1. Which Tree Style and Size are you interested in? (please provide product code, example: Miki-110)
  2. Do you prefer Polymer, or upgraded Metal leaves?
  3. Leaf Color(s)? (please provide quantity of each color to total all leaves included with the tree)
  4. How many leaves will have Text added at this time?
  5. If adding text to leaves, which font would you prefer? (see the options here)
  6. Please specify if you would like more than one tree of this type?
  7. Billing Name (first, last) and Address? (please DO NOT email your card information)
  8. Shipping Name (first, last) and Address?
  9. Desired Delivery Date? (trees require 2-5 weeks for production)

*If adding text to leaves, and you have the information available you may include this as a Word Doc or Excel Sheet attachment.

DELIVERY: Please allow 2-5 weeks for production depending on your tree style and size of choice, and 2-5 business days for shipping. We are located in Chisago City, MN.
