Engraving/Imprinting Service for Acorn Plates
FEATURES
This option is for our RETURNING CUSTOMERS who have already purchased a Stacking Brick and would like to add text to the blank plate

INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Remove the blank plate from the acorn base. If there are screws, replace them as not to lose them.
  2. Place your order online above for the text engraving/imprinting service.
  3. Protect both sides of the plate by wrapping it in paper or paper towels. Secure bundles of several plates with tape or rubber binders to prevent them from rubbing against each other. A final protective outer layer of cardboard larger than the plate(s) is ideal. Include your order number or a printed copy of your order with your leaves, and enclose in a box or bubble mailer.
  4. Send us any text specifications (if not already included with your online order) by emailing us at [email protected] (include your order number in the email subject line).
  5. Mail or ship to:

Once we have your online order and the mailed plate(s) arrive we will complete it the same font/size as your past/original order and send them back to you in a timely manner.
If this is your very first order for engraving/imprinting please expect a digital proof by email to confirm your font and text size. Subsequent orders will not receive a proof as we'll continue to use the same font/size on all new orders (make sure to double-check spelling and capitalization before submitting text). You may a request a preview in the Order Comments if you must review the text for placement and line breaks (or similar) prior to production.
***Shipping your plate(s) to us is your financial responsibility.

NOTE: Leaves or Plates made of Polymer material are always laser engraved, while Metal Leaves or Plates are either Heat Press Sublimated (if provided prior to 2018) or Direct to Substrate UV printed. By providing an old or original order number, we can look this type of information up to determine the method of imprinting/engraving, text size and font, etc..
