What kinds of payments do you accept?
	CARD We accept most major accounts: VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover. You may enter your card at checkout on our secure website, or request a payment link via email if ordering by phone or email (the card processing system is the same either way). For security purposes, we ask that you DO NOT email us your credit card number. PAYPAL Select this option at checkout, or request this option via email if ordering by phone or email. Our accounting manager will send you a Paypal request. CHECK BY MAIL Once your order has been placed (either by website, phone, or email) and you have your confirmed Order Total (dollar amount), you may make out and mail a Check to: RE: Order #### Donor-Recognitions c/o SCS Sign Company 10489 Liberty Lane Chisago City, MN 55013 Please be aware that we will not process or ship your order until the mailed check is received and all funds have been cleared. PURCHASE ORDER We accept most Purchase Orders from Government Entities, Public Schools, and Civic Organizations. By using a Purchase Order, Free Shipping is NOT applicable (you must choose any other shipping option offered at checkout) - if Free Shipping is applicable on the items ordered. Make sure to include shipping costs within the purchase order. To use a PO please place your order, selecting Purchase Order as the payment method at checkout. Then send us a signed copy of your PO by email to [email protected] (make sure to include your Order Number in the subject line). We will not process the order until the PO is received, and you will be invoiced NET30 (full payment must be received within 30 days from delivery of the order.) *Certain restrictions may apply. We accept Purchase Orders from public/non-private educational institutions and organizations. We reserve the right to refuse any purchase order. Should a PO be accepted, we reserve the right to require a 50% deposit should the total exceed $1000. A late charge of 1-1/2% per month will be applied to account balances considered past due relative to our terms. Balances past due for more than 6 months will be considered delinquent and we reserve the right to collect past due amounts as we see appropriate which may include collection agencies or legal action.
Paying sales tax / Use Tax Notification.
	Orders shipped within the state of Minnesota will have sales tax added, in addition to any applicable city or other taxes. If your state has sales tax or use tax, it is your responsibility to pay Sales Tax and/or Use Tax directly to your taxing authority if applicable. Those exempt from Minnesota sales tax need to e-mail or fax us your tax exempt certificate. We do not collect sales or use taxes in all states. For states imposing sales or use taxes, your purchase is subject to use tax unless it is specifically exempt from taxation. Your purchase is not exempt merely because it is made over the Internet or by other remote means. Many states require purchasers to file a sales/use tax return at the end of the year reporting all of the taxable purchases that were not taxed and to pay tax on those purchases. Details of how to file these returns may be found at the websites of your respective taxing authorities. We currently charge sales tax in the following states: MN, MD, GA, MI, NJ, OH, FL and VA. If you are exempt from sales tax in any of these states, a sales tax exemption certificate from your state will be required before we can remove the sales tax.

I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
	Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to print invoices.
When will my credit appear on my account?
	Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
When will my credit card be charged?
	After you submit your order, your credit card will be charged prior to shipment of your item(s), usually within 24 hours after receipt of your card information.
