Engraving Service for Donor Cubes
FEATURES
This option is for our RETURNING CUSTOMERS who have already purchased dimensional donor cubes (singles or a package) and would like them engraved.

INSTRUCTIONS (SENDING CUBE FACES BACK TO US):
  1. Remove the cube face from your donor wall (if mounted to the backer with screws, replace screws into the backer so you don't lose them).
  2. Protect the cube face(s) by wrapping/layering them in paper or paper towels. Secure bundles with tape or rubber binders to prevent them from rubbing and scratching. A final protective outer layer of cardboard larger than the cube faces is ideal. Enclose in a box or bubble mailer.
  3. Place your order online above for the engraving service.
  4. Provide text engraving information within your online order above, or by emailing us at [email protected] (include your order number in the subject line). Please indicate which text belongs to each cube color/size if necessary.
  5. Mail or ship the cube faces to:

Note: Shipping your donor cube faces to us is your financial responsibility.

Once we've received your cube faces and the order with text information, we'll have them completed and shipped back to you in a timely manner to replace on your donor wall.
Font and text size will be the same as your original order for the cubes/cube package (proofs are not provided on subsequent orders, please double-check spelling before submitting text).
A shipment notification with tracking will be sent to the email used on the order once your order has shipped out to you.
