Features
TREE TRUNKS are cast in solid bronze with an antique finish and sprayed with a protective clear coat lacquer. Trunks weigh approximately 85 pounds and can be cast in aluminum for an antique silver colored trunk that weighs approximately 30 pounds. Trunks are supplied with concealed threaded studs for mounting. TREE TOPS on our Bronze Series Donor trees are made from 1/4" thick clear acrylic. The acrylic is pre-drilled and tapped to accept 4/40 x 3/16" brass round head screws which hold the leaves in place. The acrylic tree tops are supplied with machine screws and expansion sleeves for masonry wall installations, or toggles for hollow walls. Spacers added to the mounting hardware allow the acrylic to project 1" from the wall surface. TREE LEAVES are die cut from .020 leaded brass with a satin finish. Silver and copper leaves are also available, and can be used to designate different levels of giving. Copy on the leaves is black and provides a good contrast for easy reading. SCULPTED STONES of cast bronze or aluminum with brass plates are also available for an additional charge. Stones are typically placed at the base of the tree, and are used for important donors, phrases, stating the purpose of the tree, etc. FREIGHT is not included in the price of the trunks, trees, stones, leaves etc. Crated weight is estimated to be around 300 pounds per unit, and typical freight charges range between $180.00 to $290.00.
